Refund Policy: Ascencia Education
1. Registration & Material Fees The Registration Fee and Material Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances once the enrollment process is complete.
2. Course Fee Refunds Refunds for monthly or termly tuition fees are processed based on the date of written notice provided to Ascencia Education:

100% Refund: Written notice received more than 14 days before the first lesson of the term/month.

50% Refund: Written notice received 7 to 14 days before the first lesson.

No Refund: Written notice received less than 7 days before the first lesson or after the term/month has commenced.
3. Make-Up Lesson Policy

No refunds or pro-rated fees will be provided for missed lessons.

A replacement (make-up) lesson may be offered at our discretion, provided a valid Medical Certificate (MC) or official school letter is submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Make-up lessons must be completed within 30 days of the missed session, subject to class availability.
4. Course Cancellation by Ascencia If a class is cancelled or postponed by Ascencia Education (e.g., due to insufficient enrollment), a full refund of any unused fees will be issued within 7 working days.
5. Withdrawal Procedure To officially withdraw, parents must submit a written notice via email or WhatsApp. The "Notice Period" is one month. Any deposits held will be used to offset the final month’s fees or refunded upon successful completion of the notice period.
