Terms & Conditions: Ascencia Education

Commitment: Enrollment is on a term-by-term or monthly basis. Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.
Payment Due Date: All course fees must be paid in full by the 7th day of each month. A late payment fee of $20 may apply for overdue accounts.
Deposit: A one-month security deposit is required upon registration. This deposit is refundable only upon graduation or with a one-month written notice of withdrawal.

Punctuality: Students are advised to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the lesson. Tutors are not obligated to extend the session for latecomers.
Materials: All provided notes, worksheets, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Ascencia Education. Distribution or reproduction without consent is strictly prohibited.
Student Mentorship Programme: Participation in the portfolio-tracking program is mandatory for students to receive the full benefit of our JC curriculum.

Valid Reasons: Make-up lessons are only granted for medical reasons (with a valid Medical Certificate) or official school commitments (with a school letter).
Notification: Notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Limitations: Maximum of two make-up lessons per term, subject to seat availability in other classes. No refunds are provided for missed sessions that do not meet these criteria.

Supervision: Ascencia Education is responsible for students only during the duration of their scheduled class. Parents are responsible for the timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
Property: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Ascencia Education reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment in cases of:
- Consistent non-payment of fees.
- Disruptive behavior that hinders the learning of others.
- Violation of intellectual property rights regarding our materials.

Ascencia Education reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Parents will be notified of any significant changes via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect.
